Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
No. You connect your existing WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, the same way you use WhatsApp Web.
What's the difference between Cloud and Self-hosted?
Cloud runs on our servers on your own domain; we handle hosting, backups and updates. Self-hosted runs on your server; we install and maintain it for you. Both include every feature.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick a plan and pay with PayPal from the Subscription page. Your data stays. If you don't subscribe, the trial company is deleted after it ends.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are paid per month or per year with no lock-in. Yearly plans cost less than 12 monthly payments.
Which languages does it speak?
The whole CRM works in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic (right-to-left), and chats can be translated automatically.
